In the spirit of spring and the upcoming holidays, we are pleased to present our latest IED newsletter, marking significant achievements made in the first quarter of this year.
This issue also includes an interview with Ms Aleksandra Vučinić, Head of the Department for Circular Economy and Sustainable Development at the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia. Ms Vučinić shared her insights into the priorities in the field of circular economy and the recent training on the application of regulations in the field of environmental protection for students of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, as well as the recent “Tech Case Study 2023” competition.
The sixth edition brings more information about the new EU environmental standards for slaughterhouses and the animal by-products industry, on the amendments to the secondary legislation on the application and layout of integrated permits, and about other activities of the project IED Serbia.
We remind you that the interactive bilingual newsletter is released quarterly and is distributed via email and the project’s website. The newsletter contains clickable images and texts that open additional digital content, including articles, videos, photo galleries, publications, and other content published through the project’s communication channels in the past period.
